Whether it’s a milestone birthday, anniversary, fundraiser, gala, or corporate celebration, a live event painting adds elegance, entertainment, and a one-of-a-kind keepsake that your guests will never forget. 

HOW IT WORKS

Before your event, we’ll connect to discuss your vision, color palette, and any focal details you’d like highlighted — from floral décor to a key scene or moment of the celebration. If you plan to use a florist for the occasion, I can collaborate with them on designing a specific arrangement to paint during your event. I do specialize in painting florals, but also enjoy capturing natural landscapes and animals. 

 

On the day of the event, I’ll arrive early to set up and begin painting live during your celebration. Guests love watching the creative process unfold in real time! After the event concludes, I typically take the painting back to the studio to add any final details, and if chosen, have the piece finished with custom framing before returning to you.

All packages include:

  • Live painting entertainment for the duration of your event

  • Archival acrylic paint on gallery-wrapped canvas

  • 1–3 hours of studio touch-ups post-event, as-needed

  • Wire mount installation on the back of canvas

  • Protective gloss varnish

  • Complimentary delivery within Santa Cruz County
    (Custom framing and shipping available as add-ons)

TRAVEL FEES

I am based in Santa Cruz, California, and gladly serve the surrounding areas. I require a travel fee as follows:

  • 75 miles included

  • 75-150 miles: $0.65 per additional mile + $40

  • 150 miles +: $0.65 per additional mile + $60

  • Overnight add $250

  • Additional fees for city parking, flights, etc. may vary.

*Sales tax is not included. A non-refundable installment of 25% of package price plus tax is required to book live painting event. The remaining balance (plus travel fees if needed) is due one week before the event. Weddings outside the greater Bay Area region will incur additional travel fees.
